Caity spent most of her childhood enrolled in many different types of dance classes, but as soon as she stepped foot in her first belly dance class, she knew she was hooked! With her years of dance behind her, Caity brings inspiration from styles such as hip hop, lyrical and flamenco into her fusion belly dance classes. She loves the beauty and confidence that belly dance brings to those who try it!
With a background in nursing and fitness, Caity knows the importance of conditioning the body to support your activities and daily life. Because of this she dedicates time to properly warm up and cool down to build strength, flexibility and power. When she’s not shimmying away, you can find her cozied up in the aerial silks.
