Flexibility-Based Hatha & Strength-Based Hatha

Isabel completed her 200-YTT in 2015 through the Sattva School of Yoga in Edmonton, Alberta. Through these teachings she learned proper alignment and the importance of finding and maintaining balance within the body and mind. Since then she has struck out on her own, pulling together all of her favourite aspects of every style of yoga she has done to create a class that is challenging and fun. Isabel enjoys energizing the body using vinyasa flows, aligning and strengthening the body through standing poses, and adding an arm balance or inversion to add a fun twist. Her personal goal in life and yoga is to spread light and love in a world that can sometimes be plagued with seriousness, and she hopes your time together leaves you feeling just a little lighter and brighter.
