Katharine has an extensive background in dance and performance and found her passion for instructing through barre fitness. When she discovered barre, she instantly fell in love with the intense workout because it brought her back to her dance days in the studio. She has now been teaching barre fitness for over four years. Katharine has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology and has always enjoyed helping others. Motivating and supporting people through their fitness journey is something she lives for. With her combined passions of health, wellness, fitness, and performance, you can expect Katharine’s classes to be challenging, fun and energetic. Other than in the studio, she can be found exploring the cultures of different countries or in your local Starbucks.
