When it comes to health and fitness there are many different struggles we face. For Sydney, losing weight and lacking confidence were two that kept coming up and was unable to manage. This is one of the reasons she decided build her confidence back up by educating herself and building habits that will stick long term. While studying at Algonquin College in Ottawa, Ontario, Sydney learned the ins and outs of the fitness world. Here she was able to grasp a profound understanding of what it takes to make lasting changes.
The main focuses for Sydney today is to create safe and realistic fitness programs, helping her students gain confidence through body movements that will provide long lasting change both internally and externally.
Sydney offers a wide range of health and wellness services such as “The Peach Pass” group fitness class, mobile personal training via online website, and Massage Therapy at Pure Body Health.
